As part of a community dance group called Sangham, Sarra offers Indian dance workshops in Primary and Secondary Schools.

Indian dance workshops give children the chance to be expressive and creative through this rich dance vocabulary. With hand gestures, percussive footwork and co-ordinated body movements the children have fun learning and creating dance together.

With live musical accompaniment the children  danced the forest with reference to Food Chains. The hand gestures of Indian dance were a starting point for this expressive movement.
