I suffered back pain due to an injury at work, and my physiotherapist recommended yoga classes. I have been going to yogabody just over a year now, and at first I did find some of the postures difficult. But gradually, Sarra has helped me build up the strength in my back, and I can now do all the postures without any pain. I now feel stronger throughout my whole body, and I have some sense of balance, which I certainy didn’t have before.
I am new to Yoga, after joining Sarra’s classes I feel that I have finally found a form of exercise that I both enjoy and is effective. Sarra is a brilliant teacher for all levels, and using the props in Iyengar really helps with postures. – Barbara November 2011
