- Wear comfortable clothes, like shorts and t-shirt, or leggins and fitted top. Yoga is practiced in bare feet to avoid slipping
- Allow four hours after a main meal or two hours after a light snack before class.
- If you are menstruating certain asanas are not suitable so please consult the teacher at the beginning of the class.
- At the moment the classes are not suitable for pregnant ladies, as this requires specific knowledge and guided practice.
- If your medical condition changes you must inform us in advance of the class
Arriving at the studio/ hall
- Please remove shoes before walking across the studio and leave them near the entrance
- If you arrive after the class has started please be sensitive to the atmosphere and avoid disturbing others.
- If you arrive and everyone is seated with their hands in Namaste (prayer position) it would be appreciated if you could just seat near the door until this is finished.
- Please switch off your mobile phone except in certain circumstances (ie childcare concerns).
